My favourite part of my job is leading a high performing Conveyancing team and seeing people grow in confidence and capability. Watching individuals progress and knowing that our collective effort directly improves the client experience is the most rewarding part of my role.

What motivates you in work? Helping my team do great work and by being a good role model for my children. I love seeing people grow and take pride in what they do, and I want my children to see the value of working hard, being kind and doing things properly. That mix of supporting my team and setting a good example at home is what keeps me driven.

Tea or Coffee? Coffee, if I had my own personal slogan, it would be “Fuelled by caffeine and chaos!” ☕

The best part of my job is completing a matter to the clients satisfaction.

What’s your dream holiday location? Salcombe and Saundersfoot.

What led you to your role? Progression form junior to assistant to fee earner!

What led you to your role? My mum 100%. She’s always worked in the industry, and is my biggest inspiration.

What led you to your role? I had just finished my a-levels and was looking for a job in law. When I saw the advertisement, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity.

What led you to your job role? I literally fell into the role, wasn’t something I would have gone for, but applied for a job in conveyancing and have been in it since.
