Last week, our Residential Conveyancing department Last week, our Residential Conveyancing department had the pleasure of hosting Ian Quayle (IQ Legal Training) to our Head Office for an afternoon of specialist training, with a particular focus on Welsh property transactions. The session offered practical guidance, clarity on key issues, and valuable takeaways for our team.🏠

We were also joined by Lee Bowyer from DUAL UK, who delivered an informative presentation on indemnity insurance, and Iryna Minimurzina from @groundsure_ , who shared updates and guidance on environmental searches.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative afternoon, and we’d like to thank all of our speakers for sharing their expertise. A special mention goes to Russell Brown at Xpress Legal Services, who kindly arranged the session for us.😊
